Jelena Edelman

Jelena Edelman obtained her LL.M degree in International Business Law at the Central European University, Budapest. Prior to joining Prica & Partners corporate team in 2006, she worked in Deloitte (Tax and Legal Department) as Senior Legal Adviser both in Belgrade and Budapest offices. Jelena has considerable experience in labour related issues, taxation and environmental compliance regulations. Her specific expertise includes personal taxation, transfer pricing and the wide field of employee remuneration. Amongst other, Jelena renders tax advice to the worldwide Baker & McKenzie offices and their international clients (AbbVie, SAP, Siemens, Societe Generale, Hewlett Packard) regarding labour and tax treatment of stock options and stock awards in Serbia and related legal regulation.
